Prior to founding Sterling Claims Management, Jami served as Senior Vice President of Client & Operational Development at Dimont & Associates, Inc., where she spent over 18 years specializing in a wide range of operational functions including, claims adjusting, carrier relations, client care oversight, client implementations, client audit management and the development of proprietary processes and procedures for specialty claims adjusting and QA functions. Her talent and unsurpassed knowledge have made her a well-known and sought after industry expert where she’s led educational sessions for industry organizations across the country, including the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Servicing Conference and the California Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Servicing Conference. Jami holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from San Diego State University and is a licensed public insurance adjuster in 44 states.
